Cabinet to be expanded today, new tourism minister to be inducted

Kathmandu, July 31: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is all set to expand the Council of Ministers by inducting a new Minister for Tourism, which he has been handling ever since the then Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Rabindra Adhikari died at a chopper crash on February 27.

According to BIshnu Rimal, Prime Minister’s chief advisor, administration of oath and secrecy of the new Tourism Minister would take place at 4 pm.

In his Twitter account, Rimal congratulated the Tourism Minister to be inducted.

Although Rimal did not name the new tourism minister, different media reported that Nepal Communist Party leader Yogesh Bhattarai was to be inducted as tourism minister in the Cabinet.
