'Skill never should be underestimated'
Kathmandu, July 9: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Development Prakash Man Singh said that the skill never should be underestimated as it was beneficial everywhere.
Speaking in a concluding session of the 15-day training organized by the Social Welfare Department of Kathmandu Metropolitan City and the Women Creative Centre, DPM Singh said that a large number of women are going on foreign employment these days, so they should be imparted different vocational training which would be helpful to them in abroad as well.
He added that the skill should be handed over to others to strengthen vocational culture in the society.
As many as 20 women were imparted the beautician training.
