New constitution to incorporate everyone's aspirations: Minister Khadka
Gaighat (Udayapur), July 16: Minister for Urban Development Dr Narayan Khadka has said that the new constitution would incorporate the aspirations of all Nepalis as well as political parties in the country.
Speaking at a programme organized by the Press Union-Udayapur Chapter here today morning, Minister Khadka reiterated that since the constitution was the document of common consensus of all the political parties, the new constitution was being drafted in view of the same.
He also requested all not to have doubt in the delivery of the constitution that he believed would be accepted by all sides.
Minister Khadka shared that deliberations were being held among the political parties to incorporate aspirations and rights for Madhesi in the new constitution.
He believed that upon the delivery of the new constitution, peace would be internalized in the country and Nepalis people do not have to agitate ever for their rights.
On a different note, Minister Khadka stated that the recently announced budget was the most effective budget announced so far and was presented in view of constitution promulgation and development in the country.
The programme was chaired by the Chairperson of the Press Union-Udayapur Chapter, Gopal Pokharel.
