Prof. Dr. Jha gets youth talent award
Kathmandu, Aug. 2: Prof. Dr. Rajiv Kumar Jha has been awarded with the Youth Talent Award 2072.
A permanent resident of Dhanusha district, Prof. Jha works at the School of Clinical Medicine of Xian Medical University, Shaanxi, China.
The 36 years old Jha have already received a number of awards from the Government of the People's Republic of China including the 100-Talent Award and Young Scientist Awards, among others.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports on Sunday informed that the Ministry was going to felicitate two institutions and seven individuals with National Youth Talent Award 2071/72 coinciding with the International Youth Day on August 12.
The two institutions receiving the awards include Nepal Youth Organisation Network and Nepal Disadvantage Women Association while seven individuals are Rajan Khatiwada of Dumarwana, Bara, Sushmita Maskey of Kathmandu, Bawesh Khanal of Kathmandu, Pradeep Pariyar of Sindhuli, Dr. Bindu Sharma and Gomawati Pun of Dang.
